Full-service Provider
Supercharge can act as a full-service provider and is happy to do this for complex deliveries. The installation will be carried out by Supercharge’s own personnel, or by qualified third parties. We have a large network of local contractors around the country who can assist with installation and commissioning at your location. We can also take on the Project Manager role ensuring that the whole process is well planned and proceeds smoothly. As a customer, you will only need to liaise with Supercharge. We will manage the other stakeholders such as electricians, construction workers, logistics providers, landowners, local council representatives etc.
At Supercharge we know that logistics is key to successful execution. We have dedicated logistics personnel who ensure that everything is delivered according to the schedule.
As with some of our existing customers, you are also free to do the project management yourself. If so, we will be happy to assist you with advice and support as required.
Excellent Project Management
At Supercharge we use MS Project as our planning tool, and Visma for accounts. This gives us excellent control of the schedule, documentation and finances for all projects. As a client you will have access to all documentation so that you can monitor the project.
